Where AI, RAG, learning memory, or automation features are enabled, projAI may process project data, prompts, generated outputs, summaries, embeddings, and derived project signals to provide contextual answers, recommendations, report narratives, and lessons learned for authorized users within the same project, portfolio, company, or workspace.

AI Data Handling

Customer organizations are responsible for ensuring they have authority to upload project information and for avoiding unnecessary personal information, confidential third-party data, classified material, or restricted commercial information unless approved by their internal policies and applicable law.

We apply organizational access controls, environment-level secrets management, transport security (HTTPS), and operational logging for platform protection. Customer organizations are responsible for ensuring lawful use, consent requirements, and project-specific data handling obligations in their jurisdiction.

International Operations

projAI LLC operates globally with team members and infrastructure across Australia, the UAE, and the United States. Data handling practices comply with applicable laws in each jurisdiction where we operate.
